We've taken Barre to the mat, infused it with our favorite Pilates sequences; making this a full body experience. This class focuses on controlled isometric movements that will improve your strength, balance, posture and flexibility. You can expect core definition and longer leaner muscles.
In this class we are taking away the Barre and adding in cardio and a HIIT infused workout. This is a high intensity class that seamlessly Barre-flow and strength training. You can expect improvement in overall fitness, cardio health and is a perfect addition to your wellness routine.
